Access
The Orbus Software Status Page is a place that serves as your primary resource for updates on the status of Orbus Software services in various regions. Here, you can find the latest information about ongoing issues, historical outage records, and detailed summaries of resolved incidents. Our goal is to provide you with transparent and timely updates, ensuring you have the information necessary to manage your use of Orbus Software effectively.
Subscribe
To subscribe to the Orbus Status Page:
- Navigate to https://status.orbussoftware.com/.

Select Subscribe To Updates.

From the Email tab, enter your email address and select Subscribe Via Email.

From the Subscription Management page, choose the Components (Region) relevant to your OrbusInfinity instance and select Save.

To avoid receiving notifications regarding incidents in OrbusInfinity regions that do not impact you or your instance, please ensure you subscribe to the components for your region only.
Set subscription preferences
If you wish to update your subscription preferences or unsubscribe, you can do so through the Orbus Status Page Subscription Management Portal.
The Subscription Management Portal
Any email notification you receive from the Orbus Status Page will contain a link to the Subscription Management Portal. Select Manage Your Subscription to access it.
Alternatively, you can access the portal via the Orbus Status Page itself. To do so:

Select Subscribe To Updates.

From the Email tab, enter your email address and select Subscribe Via Email.
Figure 7. Subscribe via Email It will trigger a One Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address.

On the Orbus Status Page, enter your email address and OTP, and select Verify OTP and Subscribe.

Now that you have accessed the Subscription Management Portal, you can update your preferences or unsubscribe.
Update Preferences
To amend your subscription preferences, select/unselect any Component (Region) from the Subscription Management Portal, and select Save to confirm your changes.
Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from the Orbus Status Page:
- Navigate to https://status.orbussoftware.com/.

Select Unsubscribe from updates at the top of the page.

Confirm your decision on the pop-up by selecting Unsubscribe From Updates.

A green confirmation banner will appear, notifying that you unsubscribed successfully.
