If you are getting started with the Orbus products, here are a few things you may find useful to get onboard quickly and accelerate time to value with our products. In the following article is all you need to know to use the Orbus knowledge base efficiently. You will find guidance on how to use our products, information on what we designed product features for, and support for administration tasks and development using technical tools.
Search the Guide content
In cases where you are looking for information on specific concepts, features or topics, you can use the search bar from the Orbus Guide Homepage.
- Look for information by keyword using the search and its suggestions.
- You can navigate to the article of interest in different ways:
- Click directly on the article displayed in the prompt. A breadcrumb indicates where this article lives.
- When pressing Enter, you can visualize the search results in a list that can be refined by type of content, product and other criteria.

Information will be filtered to display what is relevant to the product you are using.
Explore the Knowledge Base
To discover the range of possibilities that our product offers, you may want to spend some time browsing through our knowledge base content and drilling down into subsections that peek your interest.
- From the Help Centre homepage, you can click on the tiles to access information about individual products. Note that the content available is focused on the products you are using.
- You will be able to browse the content of the knowledge base using the different sections related to the Product you choose.
- Each section is organized in further sub-sections and articles:
- you can browse to the section itself and see the list of articles in the subsection (eg: Welcome to OrbusInfinity, Navigate OrbusInfinity)
- you can browse directly to an article (eg: Using Impact Explorer)
- Articles contains further information about a framed topic or feature: it provides more detail on its context and use
- Use the Follow button to subscribe to a subsection and be notified of change.
Access an Article
An article is the page where the detailed information is available. It describes a feature and its capabilities, it proposes steps to achieve a specific objective with our product or provides best practices in the use of the products, features and otherwise connected topics.
Understand the context
Each article is positioned within the knowledge base so you can easily understand where you are and gain insights on its context. The left-hand side menu displays links to other articles within the same (sub)-section.
Navigate to a topic
Article are often structured into bite-size paragraphs to make the content more digestible and focus on identified topics. This enables some illustration and further explanations where required. The right-hand side menu gives visibility on those topics so you can navigate to a paragraph of interest, wherever you are in the article.
View related articles
Labels and tags are used across the knowledge base content to give you access to related content and facilitate the search. you will see tags associated with the article at the bottom of the page, together with other related articles we recommend you consult to enrich your understanding.
Get notified of change
Subscribe to an article by clicking on the button and get notified of any updates.
